On 5th December 2024, Rotary Bangalore Abilities (RBA) and Rotary E-Club Tropeiros, Brazil, jointly hosted a virtual event to commemorate the International Day of Persons with Disabilities (IDPD) 2024. The event aimed to promote inclusivity, empowerment, and equal opportunities for persons with disabilities. Two exceptional talents, nominated by the participating clubs, were awarded the IDPD Unsung Hero Awards. Rtn. Varalakshmi Balaji, Director, RID 3191, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Members of RBA and Rotary E-Club Tropeiros actively participated in the event, engaging in meaningful discussions and sharing their experiences. The presidents of both clubs, Rtn. Arun Mohan (RBA) and Rtn. Andrea Catel (E-Club Tropeiros), expressed their gratitude to all participants and reaffirmed their commitment to collaborative efforts in the future.
